Ask him nicely to please not tell anyone because you really dont feel comfortable with anyone knowing. Tell him it hurts you that hes breaking your trust by telling people, and you'd really appreciate it if he'd stop, and when your alright with people knowing you'll give him the OK.

Jsut tell him how him telling things to people makes you feel.. if he really cares he'll respect what you have to say.. and if he doesnt then hes an asshole and you shouldnt do anything else with him.. cause you might regret it when he tells people.. ♥ Dez

I'm afraid there's not much you can do. Guys love to share this kind of stuff with their friends. Maybe you could say, "If you care about me and our relationship, you won't tell anyone about this ok?" Hopefully he'll get the message.
