um gooey?
okay, ive been noticing white gooey stuff in my underwear. what does that mean, if it helped, i havnt had my period yet.
+ i notice hair growing around "down there", if that helps.

Its discharge, and its normal, it just means your growing up and your healthy. it also might mean that your period is coming soon so dont be shocked.

You hit puberty! Its just discharge and its normal. It usually means you will get your period soon.
Edit-Get those very thin pads. You wont even feel them and they are good for protection just incase. Another hints you might get it is little cramps.
