Foot cracking?

Question Posted Saturday August 6 2005, 12:51 pm

When I wake up and I take my first steps out of bed sometimes my feet crack. it hurts really bad and I feel the bones in my feet moving around. What is this and why does it happen when I am sitting for a while?

this isnt something that you should be majorly worried about .. its just because you havent been using them for a while. just move them around before you get up .. to like alert them.
but if the pain gets to the point were you cant stand it .. then go see your doctor and tell him/her.
hope i helped.. please rate me.

my feet crack all the time!! but it doesnt hurt. its mostly likely that the bones are stiff, maybe try puting a heating pad on it. but since in hurts maybe you should see a doctor too

It's just because your foot has been inactive for a very long period of time (namely, while you were asleep) and the bones have gone all stiff and so it cracks a little when you first use it. Hope I helped
