Losing Weight How can I lose some weight? Are there any workouts and diets that will help?

Losing weight takes time and effort and requires the proper balance of Excercise and Nutrition. For Nutrition, you should eat light, such as fruit, vegetables, crackers, fish, tofu, and deli (white) meats. Stay away from too much dairy or red meat though! And as far as exercise goes, try to find a personal work out plan that suits your body, depending on what muscles you want to tone up. For example: Obviously if you want to tone your abs, do situps every day. Below are some websites on nutrition and exercise.
