Question Posted Friday August 5 2005, 7:30 pm

Theres these popular girls at my school (who dress really gross), and they have been really nice to me lately. I really want to be friends with them and fit in with their little crowd thingy. But then when I act like them, i realize how stupid they are and how stupid I would be if I was like that. But I really want people to like me? What should I do?

Don't EVER feel like you have to be a certain way or fit in with a certain crowd for people to like you! Ever since I found that out, I've been going my own seperate way from everyone else. I refuse to believe I have to change for Anyone. Just be yourself, be what you want to be. That way, you will find out who your true friends are. You can still be friendly with these girls, but don't let yourself do anything you really don't want to do. Trust me on this one.

Be yourself is all that you can do.
