runz_with_scizzorz answered Friday August 5 2005, 11:45 am: All you have to do is eat right (steak, chicken, turkey, salad, etc.) You also need to excersize a little bit. Jumping rope 20 minutes a day will work. Or just run around the house about 5 times. Two easy things that worked for me. You need to keep up the excersizing for 20 minutes or more because when you keep your body in movement for 20 minutes, anything after burns fat/calories!
