Well , Im 13 about 4'10ish and i weigh about 76lbs. Im a gymnast so i work out alot , but i feel that im fat. Everyone says im not but whenever i look into the mirror i wish i could be skinnier. I would never skip meals or anything like that , though. Am i fat ? and if i am do you have any suggestions to loose weight?

NiC0lEMARiEx3 answered Friday August 5 2005, 11:45 am: well im 13 and about the same height .. and i weight more then you .. but if your 76 pounds i dont think your fat .. but if you think so then just swim alot eat a lot of fruits and veggies and eat 3 meals a day and about 2 snacks .. you shouldnt eat anything after dinner cuz it sits there in your stomach all night while your sleeping and it turns into fat. i hope this helped .. just do more activities and eat right
