one of my best friends had sex in a pool with this random guy. is that safe? do guys need condoms underwater? can the water be too deep or too shallow? too hot or cold? will the guys penis shrink if he is in the water too long? is it unhealthy? i am just a little bit worried by this and i need some advice. please respond quickly thanks

This isn't safe at all. She can still get pregneant even thought she was underwater. It doesn't matter how the water is, i dont think. If you are so worried then talk to your friend about it and maybe she should get a pregeancy test. Good Luck ♥//ALMA
