I don't think I'm athletic enough. I really want to get more excersize, but I'm not really good at like soccer of basketball or anything. What could I do to get excersize?

Ok, you dont have to play a sport to get exersize. Now I am a sports freak, but taking a walk around the block is exersizing, or jogging in place, jumping rope, and PLAYING. Believe it or not. If you are playing hide and go seek, and running around exersize. Anything to do with moving your self other than sittin movin ur hands on the couch in junk food(which is bad) isnt exersize!!
But thats it you dnt need to be into sports to exersize PERIOD!
