i just took a dump before, and it was RED. I dont have my period, and it's not like i'm bleeding out my ass. the shit was red!! I'm like really freaked out, and i just want to kno if this is normal, and if it isnt, what should i do?

red waste is NOT a normal thing, it can be a sign of a digestion problem that may be minor or serious. there could be internal bleeding, or a number of other problems. on the other hand, it could just be toxins from you're body comming out, or just red food die, but unlikely. i strongly urge you to go see a doctor as soon as possible. if it is a serious problem, waiting could make it worse, you're best bet is to get seen as soon as you can. i hope i've helped in some way.

Was this painful? Have you been experiencing stomach pains or sudden illness? I suppose it could have just been something you ate. If this continues over the next week, or starts to become painful, I strongly urge you to see a doctor. Until such time, I honestly wouldn't worrie about it..
