but if you cant get that at the moment use neutragena deep clean gentle scrub then put on clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment.

Any product containing salicylic acid will help to shrink it up. Two products that I like are Phisoderm Clear Confidence 5 Minute Blemish Masque and St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish & Blackhead Control.
