Question Posted Sunday July 31 2005, 12:57 am
im 16/f
me and my bf have sex every three days or so, and we hardly ever use protection, but he always pulls it out before he cums so i havent gotten pregnant yet, is this safe to do, or can i get pregnant from precum? I told him i wanted to do it for a while and to just chill out, he said he respected my desicion and will wait till im ready again, and i cant tell my parents that me and my bf are intimate, but i would really like to know what risks im taking by having sex like this, and we both were virgins until we met and we dont have any sexually transmitted diseases...thanks in advance!!!!
xlostangelx answered Sunday July 31 2005, 1:07 am: i used to do this with my boyfriend too.....up until i went to the gynocologist one day for an appointment and they told me that pulling out ..otherwise known as "withdrawl" does NOT work. sometimes the precum is impossible to see and its hard to tell when precum will happen. also, a man precums before it goes in you, AND right before he cums...meaning cum still goes in you no matter what right now. so, use protection or get birth control just to be safe. MFS answered Sunday July 31 2005, 1:05 am: That is not safe at all. I hate the term "precum" becuase it is stupid... it contains sperm, just as the full-blown ejactulate does. Pulling out is NOT safe, and you run the risk of getting pregnant. "Precum" is still semen, and contains many happy little swimmers who would love to play tag with any released eggs you might have at the time... not safe, not a good idea. If the two of you are going to keep this up, use real protection, not misconceptions. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
