I'm sad and dumb.
I'm 13 and a girl. Okay so this guy asked me out and I like him a lot. But I said no because I don't want a boyfriend. (i'm dumb) But now he's going out with this other girl and I can't flirt with him anymore.. And i like hugging people A LOT. But I can't hug him anymore either! And i always tell people that I love them.. but now I can't do that, either! They're always together and it makes me so sad because HE DOESN'T EVEN LIKE HER! he said he loves me but he wants a girlfriend. I'm making him sound like a jerk but he is awesome and fantastic! At his birthday party, I WENT THERE TO SEE HIM! but I didn't get to talk to him because he seemed to try to avoid me (i guess he thought he might flirt and get into trouble)
What do I do?

well you should tell him or its probably jst better to right a note r sumthing or email. n tell him tht u were stupid n u would really like to be going out w/ him. then if he really likes you over tht other girl then things should fall into place

It's simple what you're going through. You're jealous that he has a girlfriend, and you're regretful that you said no.
Well, you have to live with your choice. It wouldn't be fair to intrude in his relationship right now, because you don't want to be known as that girl.
If you still like him after this relationship is over, maybe try to go out with him then, because it wouldn't be right to steal him from his girlfriend.
As for how you act around him, you could still act the same, but his girlfriend would probably get jealous. So, I would just stay away from him for awhile so you don't tempt yourself.
