i've got a question...why is it that you tell everyone to do sit ups when they want to lose belly fat...to tell you thats not all..you have to runn or do some kind of cardyo to make your matabalisum faster...i kno i don't kno how to spell but that doesn't matter...thanx o yea have funn with your b/f while it lasts

And they have worked for me. Cardio excersizes are good too, but they are not going to do anything for belly fat. Metabolism is actually hard to increase since you are born with a specific rate of metabolism and it is hard to enhance or dehance it. So healthy foods should go with healthy excersizes.
