can you tell me how to scrunch hair

sure alls u do is get your hair wet then brush it out. then put gel in your hair and scrunch it into like little balls and keep it there with hair things. then blow dry it as slow and cool as you can. if you have the time wait and hour or so just to make sure you hair is dry. then take out the hair things and scruch your hair with your hands and add more gel and hairspray as needed
