Lately all i have been thinking about was having sex, and in all my dreams it was me having sex with someone. This is sorta embarresing but whenever i think about sex or anything sexual my vagina twitches or something. I dont kno whats wrong with me? am i sick or something? haha

Your "vagina twitches" because you are sexually aroused - this happens to EVERYONE. And everyone has, or HAS HAD, sexual dreams every now and then.
