I put eyeliner on the bottom lid. The pencil stuff smears so I decided to use liquid. Well with the liquid stuff, I put it on the skin-colored barrier between the skin and the red part right above the eyelash. Does liquid eyeliner ever dry? How long does it take to dry?

To answer your question, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to dry, 5-10, I'd say. :D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
