Liquid Eyeliner
I put eyeliner on the bottom lid. The pencil stuff smears so I decided to use liquid. Well with the liquid stuff, I put it on the skin-colored barrier between the skin and the red part right above the eyelash. Does liquid eyeliner ever dry? How long does it take to dry?

Yes liquid eyeliner does dry.. it shouldnt take no more then 5 minutes but it depends how much you use.. i've tried it once and it all ran into my actual eye so i havent tried it anymore.. ♥ Dez

Liquid eyeliner eventually does dry, I'm not sure of an exact time because I don't use it. I would say about 5-10 minutes though; I've had friends use it before.

If your pencil eye liner smears, perhaps you're not using a well enough brand?? I have a few suggestions if you'd like. To answer your question, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to dry, 5-10, I'd say. :D

liquid eyeliner does dry. it takes about 30 min-1 hour to dry.
