I kinda hav the same problem as the person ahead but he tried to hold my hand he really has a focusing problem and he gets picked on @ skool cause he is a nerd but our moms r like best friends.

You have the same question, I have the same advice. You should kinda give him the hint during a conversation. But for this guy, since he seems to really like you and has all of these problems, you may want to be as nice as you can about it. Or, even better, if you're not too shy and you like someone else, you could start to talk to the person you like instead. Hope I helped.
