don't just make out to make out, wait until it's with someone you like at least. and when you're alone is usually a good time, like in one of your rooms. or wherever else you're alone, like at a party go somewhere private or go to the drive-in or something.

Well, I understand how you feel, but the right time to makeout with someone isn't when a chick or a dude just come up to you and tell you or ask you if you want to makeout. the right time is when your parents are not around. It's when you feel comfortable as well as the other person, and make sure that you like the person to or else it'll be just gross. Well, good luck!!!!
