This probably isn't what you wanted to hear, but why don't YOU make the first move??? I mean, if you're ALREADY dating, you MUST know he has nothing against doing such things with you, or else you two WOULDN'T BE TOGETHER, right??? And guys like it when girls make the first move. One day when you're sitting or laying next to him, lean on him, and put your hand on his chest, and head on his shoulder. I'm shore this will thrill him! =]

My friend had this problem, they went out for 3 months and he never kissed her or hugged her, or anything. In the end they broke up, but that isn't what I'm telling you to do, it was an example. Your best bet is to sit down with him and discuss your relationship. Hear his side and then tell your side, in the end you should have a better understanding of how each of you feel. It sounds like a stupid thing to do, but it will help a lot. After you have spoken to him, you can then decide if you want to proceed with the relationship, or just be friends. YOu may want a guy who hugs a kisses, but if he is not that kind of guy, then maybe you should just be friends. Well there's my 2 cents. Hope I helped.
