Go to both, just don't stay til the end of either. Better late than never and I'm sure your other friend will understand if you have to leave early. I'm sure this situation didn't happen overnight so I'm sure your best friends will understand. If by chance one doesn'tand starts to complain or play games, then perhaps you should go to the other whom doesn't. It's not right for your friends to keep putting you in the middle this way. Good luck!
