I have a friend who moved away to another state after living in NY her 13 years of her life. She says she hates the new place where she lives and everything is boring and not her own. All her life memories and friends are in NY. Obviously I told her she's not the only person that ever moved and that she'll get used to it. It's been almost a year now since she moved and she's the popular kind of girl by character. What do you think I should do to calm her down, (she keeps calling hysterical each day, with outbursts) because I no she'll do something stupid if she already didn't do so. Thanks for the help in advance.

moving away and starting all over again and not knowing any body is hard so i understand what she means
your friend just has to go out and have some fun meet new people and if shes popular by character as you say she is she should just give those people a chance i think one of her reasons she hates it so much is that she wont let herself like living there because shes still stuck on all the memories from NY
