Michaela721 answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 5:21 pm: Think of positive things that you know you have. If you're feeling down on yourself for something someone said, or how you look, or how you act, sloathing about it doesn't help at all. No one can love you until you love yourself. Life is too short. Turn to friends and family and they will help you through whatever you are going through, and they will tell you good qualities about yourself. Your question was very vague so I don't know if have low self esteem from a guy, how you look, or how people treat you. Just know people are how there to help. I hope you get through this(: [ Michaela721's advice column | Ask Michaela721 A Question ]

Dress with little concern about what people will think, yet still look decent enough for somone to say "hey I like your shirt" Make friends who care about you, then look at all that you can and have acomplished, and look at yourself as someone with worth. Listening to positve music usually helps. Distance yourself from people who look down on you, and remember to smile! [ AskAndy's advice column | Ask AskAndy A Question ]
