my brother has a rash around his private area and down to right above his knees. he said it kinda looks like skin that has had a sunburn and is peeling every where and there are bumps all around the edges. I told him that it might be a male yeast infection but i'm really not sure since i'm a girl and dont really know whats going on. he has sariasis on his elbows and knees but he dont think thats what it is down there. what do you think

I don't know anything about yeast infections either, so you could try googling it [make sure you have 'safe search' on]. It's possible it's some extreem form of eczema.
Either way, make him see a doctor about it, and try applying an unperfumed moisterising lotion, such as E45 cream, to stop it drying out too much.
