hay, im a 14 yr old gurl and i know this really "popular / cool" gurl. i guess you can say were friends and everything cause we talk every once in a while, but i wanna be like.. really really good friends with her, ya know? soo can you help me on how i could please?

ask her if she wants to hang out... find things that you two have in common... but since you know that she is popular... dont just be friends with her to gain popularity, nobody wants to be used.
