Okay i didnt no what catoagory to pick so it was random I think im fat, i want to go on a diet but i cant get off the food, my docter says im noramal but i dont want to be noramal i want to be skinny. my mom says i have a great figure and so do my friends but when ever i look in the miror i see this stoumagh of mine and i want to chop it off i hate it! what do i do and dont tell me that im probley fine okay??? thanks a bundle!!!

Everybody has things about their body that they wish they could change. It's not about being skinny, its about being healthy. If really just wanna loose a pound or two look good in your bikini this summer, just watch what you eat. Instead of the snickers you have for a snack everyday, have fruits or veggies instead. Drink alot of water and milk, too. And don't skip meals. Try and workout for about 20 mintues or so everyday. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it can make a big difference about how you feel about yourself. But do listen to your mom and doctor, because they are probably right. If you are really concerned that your health might be in danger because of your weight, ask your doctor for things you can do. I hope this helps.
