I'm not sure what the real average weight for someone 5"5, but the recommended healthy weight for a girl 5"5 depends on your frame

Small frame: 114-123
Medium Frame: 120-135
Large frame: 129-146

I hope this helps

About your clothes, black (and other dark colors) look sliming and shirts with stripes that kinda come in diagonal from the sides and meet in the middle are slimming.

I hope this helps-- Let me know if you need anything else! :-)
