What is a good effient exercise to tighten you butt?

Hey, Squats and Lounges help. Walking and running would also help, just excersize things that work your upper thighs and such.

Good excersises are...

1. Squats
2. Lunge
3. Hip Extension
4. Outer Thigh Leg Lift
5. Deadlift
6. Hiking
7. Biking
8. Running
9. Kickboxing
10. Walking

They are in order from the best to the worst (1 being the best)
