Trust me... We all go through this. Women are very self conscience about thier bodies. I recently have lost over 20 pounds running. I have joined our Cross-Country Team, and I have noticed that i have been shedding all my excess pounds.. which were mainly love handles. So if you stick with running, jogging, or even walking you could lose your love handles and tone your body! Hope i helped!
