can anyone give me some tips on how to make my room really funky oh and I can't buy anything what so ever

Ask your mom or dad to give you a list of chores. Soon you will have the money. If you are a really hard worker then look at the job listings (you will soon find a job you like. Then you can pick a theme you like and there you go.

hm..i have a million ferns by my house so if it was me in your place and i had no money..i would take a bunch of ferns and like make a chain of them going around the permimeter of my room or something
maybe try hanging things like
-getting all your friends to sign your walls with black marker..one of my friends had this in her room and i thought it was the coolest thing..!
-beat up barbie dolls with missing legs and arms..then hang them from your room or make a collection somewhere
-super glue seashells to your wall or hang them from your ceiling
-get a bunch of cool rocks from outside and glue them to your wall or make some sort or arrangment
-look around for some old paint or ask your friends if they have any and maybe paint something on the wall ?
-get a hole puncher and punch holes in pics of u and your friends, posters, etc and hang it from the ceiling with a string
- maybe steal a roadsign , one of those big orange construction cone things, or a mailbox(lol be careful) and put it in your room
- go through junk you or your friends have and dont want..you might find some awesome stuff to put in your room

well if your a good artist you could always do a self portrat, umm... one of my friends in into mythical things so she has a mural of that type of stuff, just cover your wall in what u like and feel free to be sparatic. oh and having cool quotes on your wall is an awesome idea

rearange your bed room...or find stuff in the atic you can use...that is all i got cuz u cant buy...but if you can spair a few bucks try a good will they are cheep and have nice stuff hope i helped buy!
