Confused

Ok I like this guy a lot. We have been talking for about 8 months like we usually talk at least once a day. Well I told him that I liked him and everything and he was cool with it but didn't say he liked me back or anything. Well about a month ago I asked him if he liked anyone...just being curious. Well he said that he liked me so I was excited. Then 3 days later he said that he didn't like anyone and just wanted to be lazy and a bunch of bull. Well he started going to drivers ed on Monday, 4 days ago. Well last night he ims me and he is like I like someone. I was in shock like I didn't think it would be me but i was just surprised. He told me that he met her at drivers ed and they were dating. Well i was like sad and everything so I just said ok. And he goes say more than just ok so i said well i wish you wouldn't have told me so he got all mad and was like I will just talk to you later. Well I tried talking to him tonight and he just kind of blew me off and said that he was one the phone with his "dating" friend. So I was like I will just talk to you later then....I still really want to be his friend but I don't know what to do so if you have advice please help me...

Wow, I’m surprised, for a 15 year old you know nothing about guys. That’s how they are ok? They aren’t complicated, deep meanings behind their actions? You won’t find that with a guy. If you’re decent looking and like to flirt, they’ll flirt back, sometimes they might like you and they’ll say it, maybe only a little, maybe a lot. Just like girls they’ll change their minds a lot, they’ll be confused for a while, they’ll meet other people, and if they meet someone knew they’re gonna wanna tell you. Maybe when he said he didn’t like anyone he was subtly telling you that he didn’t like you anymore. Be happy for him, he can sense when you’re jealous, especially if whenever he talks all you say is “ok”. Jealousy is not attractive.

What a jerk for doing that. It's obvious that he's doing that to make you some sort of jealous. I mean if he knew you liked him he wouldn't just be talking about a girl he's "dating" to you and not have a motive behined it. If you still want to be his friend, then tell him that. If he tries to be stubborn about it then it'd be his loss.

Holy hell, that's so not cool. I bet your one cool girl & who needs a guy like that? Why bother even being his friend really? I know it's hard or whatever, but maybe you should just tell him how you feel, and how he hurt you and what not! Hope it works out =)
