not sleeping...

Question Posted Thursday July 14 2005, 10:15 pm

ok for the past week or so, i haven't been sleeping. i have no idea why. it might be because i just moved into a new house. but like i'm comfortable in it, and i'm not like scared or anything because its a different neighborhood, b/c i know the neighborhood and a lot of people in it. so i don't know what the problem is. it might be stress, but i didn't know stress could like not make you sleep.

i don't know i'm totally lost. any answers or websites or comments would help! thanx.

Well I know how ya feel. not the moving but yea. It's hard for me to sleep lots of times cause of things on my mind. Like even if it's something small that I can't quite put my finger on. that might be why it's hard.

Welp hope I helped.
Sam.

I have had the same problem with sleep. I would say you are just a little overstressed. Trust me stress can affect your sleep greatly. There have been times I have not fallen asleep at all because of some of the stress I have gone through. I would say to talk about it with your friends and maybe try and relieve the stress you may feel. It helps, trust me.
I hope it get's better for you!

Don't worry! I know how you feel. I have moved 3 times in this past year and I have been over stressed. Try and talk to people about the move. If you are not comfortable keep a journal of everyday activities that way there is nothing in the hide and you can sleep at night. If all fails it would just take time. Wait it out and you will sleep when you are tired. My love and luck is with you!!:) ~luvnz~
