how do i stop!?

ok so when i laugh i have problems. I dont laugh normally with a huge smile on my face. When i laugh really hard i pee my pants and the other day i peed my pants on the floor when i was laughing my ass off and i had a huge pee stain. How do i hold in my pee when i laugh?lol

go to the bathroom more often, don't laugh so hard, my friend has this exact problem, but it makes me laugh too. maybe you should just wear diapers, idk this is a weird question
