ok well i want to start eating healtier cause i just feel like crap and i think im kinda gaining some weight. well anyways i really dont like eatting salads cause they just taste gross. so do you have any other foods that are healtier to eat. also do you have any tips for losing wait and staying healthy?

I think that you can eat almost anything you want, but nothing like mcDonalds, or like fatty foods like that. Just take a half of the portion you would normally eat without seconds. Another thing that helps is dont watch t.v if you eat because then you are distracted on what you are eating and then you wont relize when you are full, so you just keep eating. Last, have a daily/nightly run. I think it is better at night to run because then it is cooler outside. I hope I helped, and I am so sorry for taking forever to answer this! ♥Andie ]
