hey lindsey well i have this friend she use to be my best friend and we did everything together then last year everything collapsed and she said she didnt want to be friends anymore so i got really upset then this year we became good friends again then it happend again now she wants me to forgive her and start hanging out with her again should I?

well, thats a difficult situation...hmmm, try talking to her and tell her how she made you feel about the two other times she let you down as a friend. Once she knows she may be more considerate of your feelings, if shes not then i dont think you should be friends with her if shes not going to treat you like a true friend.
