exercizing i was just wondering what the best way to stay fit is... i know that i am not way overweight or anything but i also know that it wouldn't be the worst thing to lose a couple pounds too... what do you think would be a safe and easy way to stay in shape and lose a couple pounds?

Well what I would do is keep eating 3 good meals a day...Like a good breakfast would be eggs...Lunch, you could make a sandwich...And for dinner eat meats, veggies, and good nutritious foods...try to stay away from snacking...if you must...snack on fruits and veggies...And dont forget...to stay active...Dont sit around all day...try to go for walks or bike rides...
