flat stomack but not in wa y that iss to hard or to jelly

how can u make ur thighs n stomack smaller in a easy way?

i wouldnt exactly say you can make them smaller. you could definatly make them more in shape though by working out. your thighs you would probably have to go to the gym and use a machine, or start running. there are many workouts you can find either on google or excersise websites. even like www.bodybuilding.com, and in magazines. go to the library and get articles from old magazines. they usually have good health sections or work outs. as for your stomach, start by jogging in place for a few minutes or get your body moving and then do crunches. working out before gets your blood moving. also, try drinking water and less or gatorades and sodas which make your stomach more bloated. salty foods also do this. do crunches though, and its hard to describe but a thing called planks also helps flatten your stomach. check stuff out online and books though. good luck, if you need anything else ask.
