Well, the judge will ask you what your perference is, naturally. He will listen to your reasonings, and give them serious though. However, at the end of the trail, he will make up his mind. What's he's decided... he's decided. Not much you can do about that. The only thing that could change it would be if the parent you're with screws up BIG time.. like murders someone, as an example... Or unless the parent says they would perfer you to go with the other, you see?
