i really like my close friend!

i have a bit of a problem.. you see i really really really really like my friend.. lets call him bob and bob likes me.. but my other friend.. lets call her becki.. likes him too.. and i cant stand it! she flirts with him ALL THE TIME! and he flirts back.. and when i ask him if he likes her he gets all pissy at me and gets mad and claims he doesnt.. but wen he flirts with her.. he always tells me about it ((idk if its intentional or not because he knows im jealous))and he flirts with me alot.. but not as muchas he used to and not as much as he flirts with her:/ wen he talks to me, hes really sweet and tells me how much he cares about me.. but then he goes off and flirts with becki again! it really hurts me wenever i see them flirting because he knows how much i care for him.. it really sucks tho because he went away for the summer and i wont see him until school starts next year! i know we dont go out and that he flirts with other girls.. but i really miss him. before he left, he told me that he wanted to go out with me and i told him i did too, but he said that he doesnt want to go out until he gets back so he doesnt make a stupid move while hes gone so he doesnt hurt me..but i dont wanna wait forever and i dont wanna sit around and mope all summer! what should i do? please help me! 8(

Hey this is a pretty sucky situation that many people go through. People can have flirty personalitys but its not flirting when he is telling you how much he cares about you and he wants to stay with you, He truly seems like he likes you. Well why dont you turn the tables and you flirt with other guys and make him squirm. If he truly likes you and when you flirt with other guys he wil ask you if you like them. This kid just sounds like a flirt,but i think he truly genuinly likes you.
