Hi sammy, i use to be best friends with this kid mike, but now he has a girl friend and he is really seriouse about her. But the thing is his girl friend [ tiffany ] doesnt like me because she thinks i like mike. So i invited mike to splish splash and he woulnt come because of her .. soo do u think i should give up on the friendship between the 2 of us that we have had for about 8 years ?

hey ! i think you should talk to mike alone and tell him how you feel. you should tell him that you just wanna stay best friends with him and nothing serious , that you just like him as a friend. and tell his g/f that you have been friends with him for 8 years and he means nothing more to you than a friend. but if he still chooses his g/f over you, then you should tell him he isnt being a very good friend and all those years you thought he was your friend and you thought that he cared about you(friend matter). thanks for letting me help you out! good luck with the situation!
