i go to the gym everyday for 1hr + 30min. I wanna loose 20lbs in 2 months. (right now im 101lbs...and i know thats not A LOT but im short...) do you know any good diets? is there anything else i can do besides excersise?

ok...well if you start eating more vegatables and fruit that may help and the south beach diet is a good one i heard atkins works but it didnt work for me...well getting a good amount of sleep at night and eating at least 6 small meals and no snacks are some ways
