i go to the gym everyday for 1hr + 30min. I wanna loose 20lbs in 2 months. (right now im 101lbs...and i know thats not A LOT but im short...) do you know any good diets? is there anything else i can do besides excersise?

1. Drink lots of water. Don't drink pop.
2. Theres the salad diet- eating just leafy greens, (I'm on that one)
3. Theres the smoothie diet- Drink a low fat smoothie to replace meals. Or you can buy one of those slimfast shakes. This way, you're not really eating whole meals, but you're still getting the nutrients you need.
4. I sugguest drinking and eating lots of liquids such as soup because it fills you up, but usually there aren't that many calories in soup.
5.Whatever you do, Don't try the Atkins diet..(low carb)It does NOT work! Neither do crash diets. (where you don't eat anything)
6. Read labels on everything before you eat it to search for hidden calories and fat.
7. Theres not much else you can do but excersize. Excersize Every Day. Situps work the best for me, but you need to create a personalized workout plan just for your body. I sugguest reading Seventeen Magazine because they usually have good workouts.
