A diet than can work for a 13 year old that can cook,(not too many ingredients though) and can help me lose 10-20 pounds in a month or two. I want to get slim before school starts! My dance class ended and my mom signed me up for basket ball, and I ride my bicycle but the numbers arent going down the scale. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but cant muscle lose weight too?
Anyway, can anyone write a good diet that has been working for them? =3
stalkingroxy911 answered Monday July 4 2005, 12:56 am: if you are 13 you dont need a diet. just eat good foods and work out. because your motableisum (sp?) is still high so just eat food that is good for you and work out and you should be fit pretty soon.
and if you go to a work out place then they probably have a scale that can tell you how much body fat you have, so you know if it is fat or mussle
UrMoMmA answered Monday July 4 2005, 12:42 am: atkins..low carb..so much stuff is low carb now a days they make low carb everything from low carb bread, pasta, anything you can think of and lots of exercise will help you lose it! Im on it right now! And im not sure if muscle can lsoe weight!? Let me know if this helps!
