I feel I weigh too much and I want to loose atleast 30 pounds by the end of the summer...Is this possible? and is there a healthy way of loosing weight without starving myself or anything?

Forbiddenxo answered Saturday July 2 2005, 10:30 pm: Well first off thanks so much babydoll!its definately possible to lose 30 pounds in 2 months, but it takes hard work and determination.if you want it bad enough it can happen.Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, make sure all the bread you eat is wheat and eat very little of it, and eat yogurt and cheese and drink milk if u can and drink no pop except diet and drink 10 glasses of water a day.the more water you drink the more fat you burn(remember that).and excersise an hour every day doing anything dancing,running,walking,jogging,playing sports,swimming just move your body!and if you do that and u cant have any "breaks" no JUNK at all if you wanna lose 30 pounds.if you stick to that without cheating i guarantee you'll lose 20-30 pounds by the end of the summer:-)
