well thank u!im a free-lance makeup artist:-)The majority of my makeup is Chanel and MAC but I do use others. always moisturize before applying makeup i use olay age defying moisturizer.then apply a oil-free foundation and make sure it matches your skin color COMPLETELY or it will make you look cakie like a grandma.I use Chanel Multi-vitamin make-up and Shisedo Powdery Foundation after applying foundation to get rid of shine.the first thing to always do when you apply eye makeup is to start with the maskara.using a eyelash curler and curl your eyelashes on one eye regulary for 10 seconds, then apply maskara right away.the place the eyelash curler as far back on your lashes as you can and leave it on for 10 more seconds, and as you're taking the curler off your lashes turn the curler up towards the ceiling and close your eyes when you remove it.this will give your lashes a more dramatic look.then apply maskara one more time.then do the same to the other eye.the absolute best maskara is Lancome "Black" Hypnose Mascara.im a huge fan of smokey eyes so heres how to achieve the smokey eyes i have.next step is eyeliner.its hard to apply eyeliner correctly, most women think theyre doing it right but theyre not.the eyeliner i use is Chanel "Noir" Intense Eye Pencil you need to make sure you always use a smooth "roll up) eyeliner not liquid or pencil you know what i mean right?make a thick line on your top lid, then on your bottom lid start from the very beginning of your eye and stop about a millimeter from your eye.then take vaseline and smudge a little bit on your top lid to give it a more smokey look.now for shadow : its a myth that shadow is supposed to match your clothes its NOT!its supposed to bring out your eyes, since i have blue eyes my best colors violets and lavenders.for green eyes id recommend browns and minty greens, for brown eyes grey,plum and pink and hazel would be tawny.its difficult to tell you how to do your eyeshadow since i dont know the color of your eyes, but later drop your eye color in my inbox and ill tell you exactly.ill tell you how i do mine and i have blue eyes.i use violet on my lids and lavender on my crease,then i use brown on my brow bone area.then a sweep a little bit of a tannish-brown color under my eyes and sometimes black shadow if im in one of my goth moods.sometimes ill go full on crazy and use black eyeshadow on my top lid too.Chanel "Tatou" single shadow is the best shadow.i DONT recommend blush if you have a pinkish skin tone, but if you're like me and have a olive skin tone u can use it. i use Chanel in "Mocha".i NEVER use lipstick.it makes your lips look smaller and dry.use lipliner just outside of your lips not clown looking thought.and make sure the lipliner matches your lip color or is a shade darker.i use MAC "Stripdown" .then use tinted lip gloss i use Du Wop "Lip Venom" (plumps up your lips) and MAC "C-thru" Lip Glass. and the best way to make you look your best is perfectly defined brows.dont pluck them yourself get them waxed by a pro.if you have any more questions feel free to drop it in my inbox
