hmm, are you dating him now? If not, get to know him and become friends. Once you get to talking to him it should be pretty easy to figure out if he likes you or not.
If he talks to you all the time. Smiles a lot...just generally seems to like being around you. If he is nice to you and polite. All those things are a pretty good indication that he likes you.
Once you get to be friends and all that (if you aren't already!) then just simply ask him if you aren't sure. :)
