I'm 13 and 5'1 I have long, dark brown, really wavy hair with cute little bangs that are exactly above my eyebrows and i have dark brown eyes to.

See, you're only 13. You're only a pree-teen right now. A LOT of guys are shy to tell a girl that they like them, that's just how it is when they're 13. Once they get a little older and mature, they'll be saying whatever is on their mind. You just have to give them a little time, but I'm sure they'll be wanting to go out with you soon!
