The amount of pain depends on the girl, most girls don't feel any pain or even notice it, especially if it breaks during sport. You may feel a short lived small pain but if it breaks during excercise then this is unlikely. Sports such as horse riding, cycling, running and gymnastics can break it but there are others. You can also break it by using tampons, masturbation and of course sex.
