ohk so i really wanna tone down my stomoach ... can anyone be kind enough to give me tips like 20 crunches then like blah blah blah ... lol yeh im the kinda step-by-step person thnx =)

do 20 crunches, then on the 20th hold it up for 5 seconds. then do 10 more. thats one rep. do 3 reps with a 30 second break inbetween each one. then follow the 3 reps by 1 rep of bicycles (20 or so). if you do this twice a day you should see results pretty quickly!
