is it possible to get skinny in 1 week? cause thats all i have until i meet my Ex and i really need to impress him, ive gotta look good.

no, sorry but that is literally impossible. if you didnt eat for a whole week and your metabolism stayed the same (which it wouldnt) you could only lose 3 lbs/ week. so pretty much, it is a process that is going to happen over time by eating healthy, drinking no pop, lotsa water, and exercising. sorry and GOOD LUCK

'Get skinny', what is 'skinny'?? Is it possible to lose a noticable amount of weight in a week???? Yes. And you can achieve that by weight lifting, even if only 3 pounds, still do it. And do a couple hundRed sit ups oR Crunches a day to flatten youR tummie. I know 'a couple hundRed' is A LOT, but if you bReak it up into sessions, it's not that difficult. Also, nix the white bRead, soda and snack foods, such as chips, cake pRoducts and so on. Hope.. this.. helps? :D
